As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who can support our team and help keep our internal operations organized, efficient, and compliant. This is a multi-faceted role that supports payroll, benefits administration, office management, and human resources. You’ll play a key part in supporting employees and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do

Payroll

  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time

  • Maintain payroll records, including vacation pay and statutory holiday pay

  • Support payroll remittances and related recordkeeping

  • Respond to payroll questions and resolve discrepancies

Benefits Administration

  • Administer group benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations

  • Liaise with benefits providers

  • Support employees with benefits questions

  • Maintain accurate benefits records

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations

  • Coordinate supplies, vendors, and office organization

  • Support meetings, internal logistics, and team events

  • Help maintain an efficient, welcoming workspace

Human Resources

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Assist with policy administration and workplace compliance

  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and safe workplace culture

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR, office administration, or a similar role

  • Working knowledge of Canadian payroll practices

  • Familiarity with benefits administration

  • Experience with M365 programs

  • Solid understanding of HRIS and Payroll software

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Clear, professional communication skills

  • Experience in a small business or growing company is an asset

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting at $62,000 annually (Competitive compensation based on experience)
